Alia Bhatt prefer going gym 3 or 4 days in a week and that too when she has specific weight lose target to achieve. Her preference is to work out on every alternate day.

·         Day 1: She starts her exercises by warming up her body for 5 minutes on the treadmill. Then she runs on treadmill for 10 minutes. After that she does pushups 3 sets 10-12 reps, 3 sets of dumbbell raises of 20-24 reps, 3 sets lat pull- down of 15 reps, 3 sets of bicep curls 15 reps and 3 sets triceps push down 12 reps.
·         Day 2: She takes rest on day 2.
·         Day 3: She does warm up for 5 min on treadmill. After that she does 3 sets of crunches of 20 reps, 3 sets back extensions of 15 reps, 3 sets of reverse crunches of 15 reps and 3 sets bicycle crunches of 20 reps.
·         Day 4: She takes rest on day 4.
·         Day 5: 5 minute warm up on treadmill. Next she does 3 sets squats of 20 reps, 3 sets forward lungs 20 reps, 3 sets backward lunges of 20 reps, 3 sets dumbbell lungs of 15 reps and then 10 min running on treadmill
·         Day 6: She takes rest on day 6.

Diet Plan of Alia Bhatt


To stay fit and healthy, a balanced diet is as important as doing gym regularly. Alia Bhatt’s diet plan includes proportionate amount of proteins, fats, carbs and other nutrients.
·         Similar to diet plan of Anne Hathaway, she avoids Junk and oily foods and drinks plenty of water. She ensures to eat 2 hours before going to bed.
·         Breakfast: She starts her day with a cup of sugar free tea or coffee, a bowl of poha or vegetable or egg white sandwich.
